Vegetables!
This is where I’m supposed to show a picture of our thriving vegetable garden. The truth is I decided not to plant a garden, or even windowboxes for that matter, this year as soon as planting time came around. I just wasn’t feeling it. I wanted to spend my time in other ways. Still, those nagging “shoulds” kept haunting me. So I saved some potato eyes and promised Mateo his own potato garden. And yesterday we picked up some perennials and herbs and strawberry plants at a greenhouse clearance sale. So I guess I will be gardening after all. But no windowboxes. I mean it.
